Updated LTO Restriction for New Driver Licence Codes
After you successfully get a driver’s license, This a new restriction codes for License.
The Land Transportation Offices has recently updated the restriction and condition codes to clearly specify which vehicle/s you are licensed to drive.
The new restriction codes in Driver’s License Codes (DL Codes), Found at the back of your driver’s license, DL Codes are alphanumeric characters that will replace the old restriction codes 1 to 8.
Below are the updated DL codes with their respective subcategories:

Automatic (AT) – means the license holder can only drive automatic vehicles.
Manual (MT) – means the license holder can drive manual, semi-automatic, and automatic vehicles.
